Registration Form Instructions:

This registration form will be submitted automatically to the SCSU Office of Alumni Relations as soon as you press the green submit button.

However, there is still an additional step for you to do!

As far as payment goes, this form is only meant to calculate how much you owe. You will not be submitting any payment information nor will you be charged anything once you submit this form. Additional instructions and options for submitting payment are below the form.

  1. Click this link.

  2. Select the “Other” box and enter the total amount due. (This is the same amount you calculated when filling out your registration form.)

  3. Click the “Designation” dropdown arrow.

  4. Select “Class Reunion Registration.” Please DO NOT confuse this payment with the Class of 1984 designation. These are separate and distinct!

  5. Click “Add Donation”

  6. In the Comments box, copy and paste the following sentence:
    Please disperse this donation amount per the breakdown listed on my registration form which I submitted electronically.

  7. Enter all necessary remaining information and click “Donate Now.”

Once you complete filling out your registration form above, you will receive a copy of that completed form in your inbox. From there, you can either submit your payment by mail or electronically.

If paying via check, please print your registration form and make check payable to the SCSU Foundation-Class of 1984. Mail both your check and registration form to:
